Terms & Conditions

This site is meant to be used as a place for holiday. We do not accept anyone claiming Housing Benefit who will be wanting long term stay. Any residents who have previously paid their fees and/or storage who later claim these back from the benefits section will not have their fees reimbursed except  at the owners discretion. We reserve the right to reclaim vans which exceed a 90  day period of debt owed to the site owners.

Anyone not adhering to the rules of this site can and will be asked to leave the site. We operate a one hour policy in which we expect you to leave. If you ignore this you will be forcefully evicted.

 Option 1 - Storage Only

£1.00 per day (vehicles up to 20ft 6ins)

£1.25 per day (vehicles over 20ft 6ins)

Fees to be paid strictly in advance otherwise will be charged at

£1.25 per day (vehicles up to 20ft 6ins)

£1.50 per day (vehicles over 20ft 6ins)

 Option 2 - Site Use/Storage

This site is a place for holiday or short stay. It is NOT intended to  be a permanent residence. Anyone who wishes to use it as such will be asked to leave. Vans are to be kept in the storage area when not in use at  a cost of:

£1.00 per day

Site fees will apply as brochure during your stay.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance where possible to enable us to put  your van on the pitch in readiness for your arrival and to reduce inconvenience to yourselves.

On the day of departure please wind the legs of your van upin  preparation for being returned to the storage area. If you are prepared to pay a pitch fee which is payable in advance, the cost for this is:

£250.00 from March 1st - June 30th

£250.00 from July 1st - October 31st

Awnings, are to be removed on day of departure without exception. Caravans must be kept clean at all times. Nothing to be left underneath when van not in use.

 Option 3 - Seasonal Pitches

The duration for a seasonal pitch is from March 1st - October 31st. The  cost is to include:

The hire of the electric hook up point, infrastructure and free  electric. Two registered owners plus awning or gazebos up to 8ft wide for  the duration of visit. People other than the registered owners will be  charged for the daily rate unless otherwise negotiated with reception  prior to arrival.

£800.00 for caravans up to 20ft 6 ins

£850.00 for caravans over 20ft 6 ins

£100.00 for added persons aged 14 or over

£50.00 for added persons aged 3 to 13 yrs

People staying only occasionally will be charged at the daily rate:

Payments to be made of:

£250.00 to be made on March 1st, May 1st & the balance will be due by August 1st.

 Awnings

Free: up to 8ft wide when van is in use.

When not in use they must be removed prior to departure.

£100: If you wish to leave awning in place all season. Continental awnings can be accomodated - up to 11ft 6ins wide.

We have limited pitches where these can be used. However at busy times you may have to park your car in the car park area if the pitch you  require is more than 6mtrs total (19ft 8ins) side by side to the next  caravan

 Awning Extensions

Bedrooms, etc will be charged at a rate of £50.00 per room extra

 Grass

In order to preserve the site, grass seeds must be sown at the end of  season where awnings have been left erected. Strictly no  groundsheets to be used, they damage the grass.

Windbreaks are allowed on the condition that they do not impede the  next caravans access. They must be within 4ft of rear of van and  2ft at the front
