Fees for 2009

Terms & Conditions

This site is meant to be used as a place for holiday. We do not accept anyone claiming Housing Benefit who will be wanting long term stay. Any residents who have previously paid their fees and/or storage who later claim these back from the benefits section will not have their fees reimbursed except at the owners discretion. We reserve the right to reclaim vans which exceed a 90 day period of debt owed to the site owners.

Anyone not adhering to the rules of this site can and will be asked to leave the site. We operate a one hour policy in which we expect you to leave. If you ignore this you will be forcefully evicted.

NOTE: All bookings for Storage, Store & Stay and Seasonals will require the completion of a Rental agreement.

STORAGE
Storage Only	£1.00 per day
Store & Stay When in use and returned to compound when not in use	£1.00 per day plus site fees
Towing in & Out by Us	£5.00 each way
Towing in & out by yourself	£2.50 each way
Winter storage November 1st to February 28th	£90.00
Paid in Advance	Quarterly £80.00 Yearly £300.00

SUMMER & WINTER - SEASONALS
SPRING March 1st to June 30th	£500.00
SUMMER March 1st to October 31st	£1000.00
AUTUMN July 1st to February 28th	£1000.00
WINTER November 1st to February 28th	£500.00
YEARLY Paid up front....Starts Any Date	£1500.00 (Finishes day before) 365 Days Later


	The above applies to the two registered owners only using the caravan, Husband & Wife or Partners

ADDITIONS
Children 3 to 15 yrs	Add £50 (can be paid as a daily rate if preferred)
Extra Adults	Add £100 (can be paid as a daily rate if preferred)
Awnings left up	Add £100 (can be paid as a daily rate if preferred)
Bedrooms / Extensions	Add £50 each
Other people using your caravan will pay site fees as per time of stay unless you’re doing multi use seasonal which is £3000 (March 1st to February 28th)

PAYMENTS

£350 March

£350 May, balance by August 1st or November 1st

Direct Debit option available, please ask (NO Credit Charge)

NOTE: Spring & Winter Season Only. 50% off the cost

Awnings

Free: up to 8ft wide when van is in use.

When not in use they must be removed prior to departure.

£100: If you wish to leave awning in place all season. Continental awnings can be accomodated - up to 11ft 6ins wide.

We have limited pitches where these can be used. However at busy times you may have to park your car in the car park area if the pitch you require is more than 6mtrs total (19ft 8ins) side by side to the next caravan

Awning Extensions

Bedrooms, etc will be charged at a rate of £50.00 per room extra

Grass

In order to preserve the site, grass seeds must be sown at the end of season where awnings have been left erected. Strictly no groundsheets to be used, they damage the grass.

Windbreaks are allowed on the condition that they do not impede the next caravans access. They must be within 4ft of rear of van and 2ft at the front
