Rules and Conditions at Fairways.

Reservations will only be accepted at the discretion of the management and are subject to the following conditions.

Payment in full is required on arrival please. 

Change over time is 10am (during busy season)

1. Speed limit at all times 5 mph - anyone exceeding the limit may be asked to leave the site.
2. Dogs must be kept under strict control at all times and must not be allowed to roam free except in the area provided. All dog faeces must be picked up immediately and disposed of in receptace provided in the dog exercise area.
3. No children under 5 years allowed in the toilet block unless accompanied  by an adult.
4. No open fires without permission (Barbecues excepted).
5. Radio sets must not be used to the annoyance of the other guests.
6. After 10pm guests must keep noise down to a level which will not cause annoyance to other guests
7. Waste water to be collected in a container and emptied at drain point. Washing must not be done at standpipes.
8. The Proprietors will not accept any liability in respect of any person or  the property of any person using the site.
9. Children found playing in the toilet block will be taken back to their caravan or tent immediately and parents told why.
10. Caravans to be insured and left at owners risk (including caravans in storage)
11. No clothes lines to be attached between caravans or trees. Rotary lines in place of jockey wheels excepted.
12. Rule breakers will be asked to leave the site within one hour
13. No unaccompanied children are allowed in the facilities rooms. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
14. Seasonals must remove hookup leads on their departure everytime. Unless permission is granted before leaving.
15. No flags allowed
16. All windbreaks must be taken down on departure without exception.
17. Ball games only allowed in the play area
18. No kites or model planes allowed anywhere on site
19. No remote cars etc allowed anywhere on site
20. Recycling bins are in place. Please use them correctly as we encourage their use.
21. The deep freezers are for everyones use while on-site only. Any excess must be taken home with you or binned.
